A Message from James Kellas:

“I have recently accepted a DoM post at a church in Shropshire where my wife and I relocated in 2021- my duties at St Martin’s will therefore unfortunately come to an end on Easter day. I want to sincerely thank everyone at St Martin’s, and especially the choir, for their support and encouragement whilst I have been involved with the music (almost 20 years since I began singing in the choir). I have enjoyed every minute of music- making here and it will be sad to say goodbye as well as leave St Martin’s rich musical and liturgical tradition. With love and best wishes, James and Cynthia.”

As we offer our very best wishes and deep thanks to James, pray that the right person responds to our advert. Fr. Robert

Weekday worship

Do you realise that prayer continues to be offered day by day in Saint Martin's? It is something, we as members of the church in Ruislip, should make every effort  to attend. It would be wonderful if more could join one of the daily opportunities to pray together. Wednesday evening Mass is one such time. We can hear the word of God, praise Him and receive the body of Christ. "From the Eucharist comes strength to live the Christian life and zeal to share that live with others."

DAILY HOPE

This is a free phone line with a talk from the Archbishop of Canterbury, hymns, reflections and prayers. 0800 804 8044.
